A WooCommerce plugin for selling custom vinyl lettering. Shoppers type text, pick fonts/colours/sizes on a live canvas, and add a priced design to cart. You manage designer profiles, fonts, finishes, and pricing in WordPress.
Text (with character limits), font, optional bold/italic/mirror, letter spacing, colour/finish, materials, text effects (outline/shadow), size presets or any letter height, preview background, measurements toggle (and on mobile: sticky preview / tap-to-enlarge when you enable them), and quantity. They see a live order summary and price before adding to cart.
Designer profiles linked to WooCommerce products, layouts (side, stacked, or step wizard), mobile options, Google or uploaded fonts, colours with price modifiers, colour categories (finishes), materials, text effects, size mode (presets or letter height), pricing method, sold-as-pair, preview backgrounds, and scoped custom CSS.
Per designer you choose fixed prices per size, or height/width/area formulas (base + dimension × rate + colour modifier), with an optional minimum price. The cart recalculates on the server when the design is added.
Order line meta includes text, font, style, colour, finish, size, and spacing. Colour and black cut PNG previews are attached so your cutting workflow has both artwork and a cut path view.
Use [vinyl_designer] or [vinyl_designer id="123"]. Optional attributes include product_id, layout, color_picker, and embed. Copy the shortcode from the designer card in wp-admin.
Starter allows 1 published designer on 1 site. Pro allows 3 designers on 1 site. Agency allows 5 designers across 5 sites — built for agencies managing client shops.
In your customer portal after checkout, and in the welcome email. Open Portal → Overview to copy it.
Yes — self-serve. Deactivate the old site from WordPress or Portal → Overview, then activate on the new site. No support ticket needed. Agency can keep multiple sites active within the plan limit.
WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.0+ (must be active), PHP 7.4+, the ionCube Loader on the host (required for commercial plugin ZIP builds), and an active subscription or lifetime license. Without a valid license the storefront designer is unavailable.
We publish ZIPs in Portal → Downloads and email a “new version available” notice (no download link in the email). Download while your subscription is active.
Yes. On Pricing choose Stripe or PayPal for monthly/yearly subscriptions. Some plans also offer a one-time / lifetime purchase via Stripe or PayPal.
Yes. Stripe subscribers use Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). PayPal subscribers cancel from Portal → Billing. One-time licenses have no subscription to cancel; contact support if you need a refund.
Signed-in customers use Portal → Support to report a problem or request a feature. Guests can use the contact form. Site removal is self-serve from the portal.
