Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Vinyl Designer website, customer portal, and licensed WordPress / WooCommerce plugin (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or activating a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Vinyl Designer is operated from the site at https://vinyldesigner.com. Questions: Contact.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Licenses & subscriptions

  • Paid plans grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin per plan limits (designers, sites).
  • License keys activate against site URLs you control. Sharing keys or exceeding activations is not permitted.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-time / lifetime plans (where offered) follow the plan description at checkout.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the plugin beyond permitted law, resell licenses without authorization, attack our APIs, or use the Service for unlawful content. You are responsible for fonts, artwork, and customer designs you process — including copyright and trademark clearance.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, branding, and documentation. Your store content and customer designs remain yours (and your customers’). You grant us a limited license to host account data as needed to operate the portal and licensing.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable licensing and downloads but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the plugin, plans, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.

9. Contact

For billing, licensing, or legal notices, use Contact or your portal support tickets when signed in.
